Ingredients:
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup frozen chopped bananas
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
3 teaspoons ground walnuts
2 teaspoons agave syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients, except for agave syrup and spices, into a blender.
Blend for a few minutes.
Add the agave syrup and spices, and blend for another minute.
