Homemade Granola

Ingredients:

100g rolled oats

30g almonds

30g hazelnuts

2 tablespoons flaxseeds

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons honey

4 tablespoons coconut oil

½ teaspoon cinnamon

For decoration:

1 cup blueberries and strawberries

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

Preparation:

In a blender, pulse the rolled oats, almonds, and hazelnuts until coarsely ground.

Next, add all the other ingredients for the granola and mix well. Transfer everything to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes (stir the mixture every 5 minutes).

Let the baked granola cool down. Once cooled, transfer it to a bowl, add the peanut butter and mix well. Finally, top it with the fruits, Greek yogurt, and drizzle it all with one tablespoon of honey.
