Exercise is believed to be the remedy for almost everything in life, from depression to weight loss.
Exercise doesn’t have to be our worst “nightmare”. Just 30 minutes a day is enough to maintain good looks and good health.
Read below to learn what happens to our body when we exercise daily.
During training…
The speed of our metabolism increases, as well as blood flow. Airflow increases from 9 liters (when at rest) to 100 liters per minute, and improved circulation allows cells to receive more oxygen and nutrients from the blood.
Immediately after training…
The body starts digesting proteins and carbohydrates four times faster, resulting in quicker weight loss. Additionally, the brain begins to release endorphins, which improve mood and increase happiness.
A few hours after training…
Blood pressure returns to normal. Falling asleep becomes easier, and the quality of sleep significantly improves. Self-confidence grows, and self-esteem increases.
After several weeks of regular training…
Lung capacity increases. Hemoglobin levels in the blood improve, and the number of red blood cells per cubic millimeter increases from 5 million to 6 million. Lymphocyte levels in the blood also increase, strengthening the immune system. The body regulates blood sugar levels more efficiently compared to a sedentary lifestyle.
After several months of regular training…
Negative energy and stress decrease. We become more resilient to sudden mood swings. Oxygen in the muscles increases, and blood microcirculation improves. The nervous system strengthens, enhancing the speed of nerve impulse transmission and improving brain activity. Muscular strength increases, muscles become more prominent, and bones become more resistant and stronger.
After several years of regular training…
Motivation reaches an enviable high. Life expectancy increases. Health problems decrease, and our body ages more slowly.
