How can I get Sportmaster membership?

Select the package you want. Fill in the required field with your personal email. After that you will receive an email with the login information for the Sportmaster app. Once you have registered, you will be able to make a payment and activate your membership. Your fitness journey starts immediately.

What is the difference between Basic and Premium membership?

With Premium membership you have access to all partner venues. With Basic membership you have access to a limited number of venues. We're partnered with top-notch sports and wellness facilities. Check out the comprehensive list of our partners here or via our mobile app.

How can I enter a sport facilities?

After making a payment, download the Sportmaster app and log in. Once you arrive at the sport facility then all you need to do is to scan the QR code that you can find at the entrance of the partner facility and show the confirmation to the person in charge.

Can I visit different facilities during one month?

Yes, because with your Sportmaster subscription, you are not opting for one activity or one facility, but for all activities and facilities from our partner network. With your Sportmaster subscription you can visit one or more different sports facilities during a month.

If I opt for a certain package during registration (for example Basic package), can I change the package later?

You can change the package after registration, before making payment.

How do I get a payment receipt for my company allowance policy?

You can easily download the receipt from your profile. Access your profile by logging in from our website and click on "Payments" at the left. Here you will find all the essential information about your membership and all the payments you have done.

Can I share my membership account with another person?

No. Using someone else's Sportmaster membership is not allowed. Each Sportmaster membership is personalized and is valid with a personal identification document.

How long is the Sportmaster membership cycle?

Your membership cycle always begins on the day of your payment and lasts 30 days. For example, if you start your membership on the 15th of a month, your membership will be valid til 14th of the next month.

My membership expires today. Can I still use it today?

Yes, if you have remaining check-ins available.

How to check the number of remaining check-ins and expiration date of membership?

You can check the number of remaining check-ins and and expiration date in your profile, right below your name.

Are the unused check-ins transferred to the following month/membership?

Unused check-ins are not transferred to the next month/membership.

When I am registering, I'm getting the information that the user is already exists. What does it mean?

It means that someone has registered with the email address you entered. You or someone else used that email address and has a Sportmaster profile. Multiple registrations with the same email address are prohibited.

What payment options are available?

You can pay for your memberships using debit or credit card.

What's the age requirement for a Sportmaster membership?

To become an Sportmaster member, you must be at least 18 years old.
