The company I work for does not offer Sportmaster. What should I do?

You can recommend your company to us here or you can take the initiative and suggest the Sportmaster program to your line manager. We'll be more than happy to explore the possibility of a partnership.

Can I transfer my Sportmaster membership to someone else?

Absolutely not. Your Sportmaster subscription is exclusively for your use and cannot be shared or transferred to any other individual.

What is a "Registration Code" and how do I get it?

A registration code is a unique code that every company that has a contract with Sportmaster has. You can get the code from the HR department in your company or from your manager.

Does my subscription run for full month from the payment date?

Your subscription isn't based on the payment date but remains active until the last day of the month.

How can I suspend my membership?

To pause your membership, if it's fully covered by your employer, please notify your company's HR department. If you're co-financing, just abstain from paying for the upcoming or current month.

What's the age requirement for a Sportmaster membership?

To become an Sportmaster member, you must be at least 18 years old.
