How do I use the Sportmaster app?

Simply log in with your email and password. At the entrance of each network facility, there's a Sportmaster QR code. Scan it using the app to receive a confirmation message, then show this message and a personal ID to the facility's staff to gain access.

Can I use the Sportmaster app on two or more different phones at the same time?

No, your account is linked to a single device to maintain security. Logging in from a different device will block your subscription. If you wish to switch devices, please contact us at [email protected] to facilitate the change.
